Recently, RGIS has announced some acquisitions of other inventory companies as part of its commitment to global presence and maintaining a high image portfolio.
RGIS acquired an inventory provider in France named, EXACOD, a reputable 10-Million euro company. It was founded in 1998 as the major provider for fixed asset inventories with 140 employees. RGIS also acquired, Gin Soft also in France on the same year.
RGIS also acquired Knopfle Inventory GmbH with 9 offices in Blumberg, Germany with more than 1000 experienced employees in that region.
In Asia, it acquired JKIS, also a leading inventory service in Singapore and Malaysia. Earlier in 2006, RGIS acquires the Lotons Company with more than 3,000 employees and 7 offices throughout in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
And in the Middle East,Just last year, RGIS acquires ISICS software systems, LTD., the largest inventory company in Israel. ISICS was founded in 1999 with offices in Tel Aviv and it is the leading inventory service both in retail and pharmacy chains in that region.
All these have happened in the last 3 years. In conjuntion with these acquisitions, RGIS has upgraded its equipment to a more advanced state-of-the-art technology to to replace its ageing equipment into a wireless-enabled RM audits, laptops, and access points and other plethora of software and systems upgrade.
